Have a heart to disciple youth through missions? Then we invite you to join our GUTS leadership team this summer! As a TTW Team Leader you will experience personal growth in leadership and growth in your relationship with Christ while making an eternal impact in the lives of teenagers and people around the world. As a leader, you are required to participate in TTW’s Leadership Training Seminar for several days immediately prior to Training Camp. 

Leadership Training prepares you physically, mentally, and spiritually for the mission field. Learn practical lessons in leadership that can be incorporated not only into your summer mission trip, but in all aspects of your life. Leaders will serve as the overall supervisors of the team by challenging students spiritually, ensuring safety of the group, encouraging productive ministry, and promoting team unity. Leaders also work closely with the missionary hosts to determine daily schedules on the field and facilitate team organization.

HEAD LEADERS – REQUIREMENTS:

• 1 Head Leader per team, must be 25+ years

• Empowers leadership team

• Manages overall team logistics and mission experience

• Promotes spiritual development of leaders and students

• Communicates with TTW and missionary host

BACK-UP LEADERS – REQUIREMENTS:

• 1 or 2 Back-up Leaders per team, must be 22+ years

• Reports to Head Leader

• Manages internal team dynamics

• Encourages spiritual growth

MISSION MENTORS – REQUIREMENTS:

• 1 Mission Mentor per team

• Jr. High Mission Mentor -- 18+ years

• Sr. High Mission Mentor --  21+ years

• Reports to Head Leader

• Encourages team unity

• Builds relationships with team members
