Our challenge to you is to start praying about where you will serve this summer. Pray for your missionary hosts, the local people and your team, as you will all be serving together. Be sure to check your e-mail, as we will be getting back to you shortly. Thank you!
$75 registration fee which serves as a deposit for participation.This fee WILL come off the cost of your trip but is non-transferable and non-refundable.
I agree to send $100 by March 20, 2012, to reserve my airfare if it is not in my support account (for flying teams only).
I give permission to TTW to book air travel for this mission trip on or after April 20, 2012, understanding that if I cancel after this date, I will be held liable for any or all airfare expenses or cancellation fees.
In the case that my pledge level is NOT at 50% of the trip cost by April 20, 2012, I will allow TTW to apply the balance to my credit card. I understand that TTW will only apply what is needed to cover up to 50% of the trip cost and that TTW will not charge my credit card before April 20, 2012. You will be notified before your credit card is charged.
Certain factors beyond our control sometimes make it necessary to alter certain aspects of the mission trip, sometimes even the cost or location. Although infrequent, TTW reserves the right to make these changes at any time with very little notice. I have read and understand the above and the information I have given to TTW is accurate and true to the best of my knowledge. My initial (and initial of my parent or legal guardian because I am under the age of 18) signifies my approval or participation on a TTW Mission trip including agreement to all of the above terms.
